Connection to RCC always lost

All questions related to installations, configurations and maintenance of Advanced Host Monitor (including additional tools such as RMA for Windows, RMA Manager, Web Servie, RCC).

Some reports were stored on network drive?
Or probably some antivirus monitor lead to delay?

The reports are stored on a separate web server.

Then yes, slow network or server or antivirus may lead to such problem. We do not recommend to use network drives for reports. It better to generate reports on local disk and copy to remote system using some scheduled script.
