Send SMS via alert profile does not happen

Send SMS via alert profile does not happen

We have configured a Nokia 6210 for sending SMS. With the test - functionality it will send SMS without any problems.

If i use that in an action profile, the SMS will not sent since a few days.

If we track the smslog.txt (with Full technical Details) we see that an SMS is sent to the specified number successfully (without any error), but we did not get an SMS on the same number we use in the test.

Do you have any ideas what could be wrong.

We use the newset release 9.18

Sounds like HostMonitor did everything correctly. Probably problem caused by service provider?
Could you send smslog.txt to us (support@ks-soft.net)?
HostMonitor's Quick Log shows that action was executed as well?

This is the "Test" function available in Options dialog, right?
What application did you use for this test? HostMonitor? RCC?

Hello Alex

we made a restore of our server with Hostmonitor today. Now it work again, even with updated version of Hostmonitor. We have no idea, what happens before.

Anyway, it works now again.

Did you just get HostMonitor from backup copy or you have restarted entire server? and may be rebooted Nokia?
