when rcc.exe is running with "Perfrom 'show popup window' action", a file named "rcc.ini" will be created under "C:\windows", and the file "rcc.ini" at the same folder with the rcc.exe is still exist as a config file.
the rcc.ini's right under "C:\windows" made the error.

Yes, old version of the software could use ini file located in Windows folder.
What version of RCC and HostMonitor do you use?

Yes, for some function this version may use ini file in Windows folder.
This was changed in version 9.02
