Hi again Alex,

Is there a way to create Action Profiles using HMS Script or the test import feature?

As I mentioned before we're integrating with our provisioning systems and adding/deleting tests using HMS Script and generating an import file.

However we need to be able to have certain tests where an email/pager alert goes to a customer if their site or server is down.

At the moment I can specify a pre-configured Action Profile which sends emails/pager alerts to our duty admins. But I need to be able to add a new alert profile that is specific to the customer's email/pager details.

Is there a way to do this. At the moment it seems we need to manually create a new Action Profile specific to the customer which is putting a fairly big road-bump in our automation goals.

You should create all profiles manually.
However you may use variables as parameter of the actions. E.g. you may create 1 "send e-mail" action and use variable for list of recipients. Then your script may modify variable(s) and HostMonitor will send e-mail to different addresses.
