We are running HostMonitor on Windows 2008 x64.
The biggest problem I have is with ODBC. HostMonitor (server or agent) is 32bit, by default an ODBC is 64bit. 32bit scripts can't use the 64bit connector, but there is a workaround (If you are using Windows x64 Edition and you want to setup some ODBC test items, you should setup ODBC datasources using 32-bit ODBC Data Source Administrator (e.g. C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe). )
Other minor bugs I came across where fixed quickly or caused by problems on the network.
For the moment, I'm trying to convert my scripts to directly connect to the SQL-database and no longer via an ODBC.
