if i define a personal sechedule or alert_profile, where is the configuration about "schedule" and "alert_profile" saved?

Schedules stored in schedule.lst file.
Alert profiles stored in actions.lst file.

What exactly you are trying to do?
If you need to make backup copy, please backup ALL *.LST files + HML file with tests.
