performance counter not working anymore

performance counter not working anymore

hi all
i have some performance counter tests
since yesterday all of these performance counter do not work any more
all other tests are fine

i did some windows updates and after that they don't work any more
all are active RMA tests

please help

Sounds like you should send request to Microsoft...

What exactly Windows do you use? Service Pack?
What kind of Windows updates have you installed? Security patches for Windows or some other updates?

What exactly means "don't work any more "? What is the status of the test? Bad? Unknown? No answer? Do you see any message in Reply field of the test?

Do you use RMA to check the same system where RMA is installed or you are using RMA to check some other target system? RMA is started as service or application? What account do you use to start agent?
Have you updated local Windows system (where RMA is installed) or remote (target) system? Both?
