Unable to send SMTP mail

Dear All,
I'm installing AHM for evaluation - most features work from fine to excellent, however - I did not manage to send SMTP alerts.
Can one of you have a look at the protocol and tell me what I'm doing wrong.

As you may see your mail server does not like this address (HostMonitor). I think your server expects some real address like "admin@xxxx.com". So you need to provide real e-mail address (probably within your domain) when setup action properties.

HostMonitor does not support TLS/SSL option yet.
We have test version of HostMonitor that supports TLS encryption for "Send e-mail" action however this version is not ready for download yet.

you are 120% right !
For our Exchange server I found it out myself in the meantime - but you guy shoot faster - had no time to post my findings when your reply was already posted.
However - smtp.google.com ist still unresolved - but not so important now.
