Can I edit HTML reports?

I know that I can rebuild what I have in my HTML report by opting to use a 'Custom HTML' report type however theres just one field that I wanted to include on my report which happens to be a macro (%PreviousStatusDuration%).

Is it possible to make such an edit?

Or maybe is it possible to view my existing HTML report type code which displays the variables and simply copy/paste that into a 'Custom HTML' report type?

Sorry, there is no such option. You should use Custom HTML report.
Its not difficult to configure such report. You may use the following template as example
