How can I send an Email on a "warning" status and an SMS on a "Bad" status as an action of the same test?

Is this a bug? Please use "Installation and configuration" forum for such questions.
You may disable "Treat Unknown status as Bad" option of the test item and use "advanced mode" action to send email. E.g. you may use condition like ('%Status%'=='Unknown') and (%Recurrences%==1)
