Remote Monitoring Agent password

In the RMA setup v. 3.64 under the Basic Settings tab, there is a required password, but I haven't been able to figure out what this password corresponds to on the host monitor machine.

In other words, if I put in a password on the RMA side, where in HostMonitor do I configure what a correct password is?

You should use the same password when setup agent record using "Agent Connection Parameters" dialog. If you are using
a) RMA Manager: use menu Agents -> New
b) HostMonitor: click Add button on toolbar then click small button beside "Test by" field and finally click "New" button.
