Hello--
I just upgraded to version 7.22c (Enterprise), and now my copy comes up as an unregistered version, and my RMAs don't work. I've tried plugging in my license code, but that doesn't help. What's wrong? Am I due to renew my license?

Enterprise license allows you to install new updates and releases within 12 months after purchase (March 2007 - March 2008).

Note: When new version converts configuration files into new format, it stores old files using the same name but different extension: .~HM for .HML files, .~LS for .LST files. When you downgrade software from new to old version, you may need to restore files (change extensions back to LST and HML). Please check date of the file before renaming, may be its old backup, in such case you don't need to restore anything.
Please note: HostMonitor should check your registration codes and warn you when you need new codes BEFORE actual update, unless you have disabled "Update check" option that is located on Misc page in the Options dialog. In such case you may use menu Help->Update check to verify license before update.

Have you seen "Version 7.22 available for download" window?
License related information diaplayed in low pane of the window. HostMonitor uses red color for text when your license is not valid for latest version.
If there was no window... probably you have installed some antivirus monitor, firewall or content monitoring software that does not allow HostMonitor to check www.ks-soft.net web site?
On the other hand, may be several persons have access to system where HostMonitor is running? Somebody else could close that window.
