I'm using HM 7.10 and Active RMA 3.64 both on a windows server 2003 SP2..
I'm doing several service tests which all work fine execpt one! The service "Volume Shadow Copy" gives me the error "RMA 301: The RPC server is unavailable". This error is also reported to me with one specific WMI test, who checks the sizes of the mailboxes..
The 2 RPC services are running on both machine and my "File sharing.." option is also ticked on my network connection.
I've allready read some things about this on this forum and tried everything that was posted..
Could you help me out?!

Re: RMA 301: The RPC server is unavailable
"RMA 301: The RPC server is unavailable" error means rma is unable to connect to the target machine. Please verify you have specified correct name or IP address of the target server. Also please check once more if RPC service is started on target machine.
What account do you use to start RMA service? We recommend to start RMA under admins account. You may specify certain account for the RMA service using standard windows "Services" applet.
Regarding "WMI" test method there might be another issue. Please read the following article for details: http://www.microforge.net/kb/39

Do you mean you setup several "Service" tests to monitor particular server and all the tests work fine except this one? Or other "Service" tests checks other servers? Are you sure you have specified correct target server name or IP into "Check service on" box in "Test Properties" window?
What about WMI test methods? The same situation? Several tests work for one particular server, and one fails?
