I Get the above error on my application event log monitoring for Windows 2003 servers after the upgrade to 7.20

I think you forgot to update RMA.
You may copy agent manually from RMA-Win\ subfolder to remote systems or you may use RMA Manager to update all installed RMA agents at once http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/rma- ... ow_upgrade
