can't log into webservicee

Hi.
I am all of a sudden unable to log into the webservice after the lastest upgrade. If I log in as http://localhost:8080 no problem. But when I try and log in with http://www.kischtech.com:8080, I get challenged for my username and password but it doesn't accept them. Any thoughts?

Do you see any errors? What exact error do you see?
If WebService is running on the different machine, you should copy the latest version of WebService from upgraded HostMonitor's folder.
I think, you have to add the IP-address of the machine, you are trying to connect from, into "Accept remote connection from" list in "User profile" for this particular user. Quote from the manual:

Also you can specify a list of IP addresses authorized for remote connections for each of the accounts.
Please note:

* to insert new address press INSERT button; to remove item press CTRL+DEL;
* you may specify ranges of IP addresses from which a connection may be accepted. E.g. 192.168.1.1 - 192.168.1.100;
* you may use '0.0.0.0' IP address. If you specify 0.0.0.0 address, HostMonitor will accept incoming connections from ANY address.
