SNMP Trap Test returns error 10013

HM 6.82/6.84 on WS 2003 as Service

SNMP trap tests return intermittently status "unknown" and reply "error 10013 in function bind || permission denied".

What can be the reason (a similar problem was already discussed in http://www.ks-soft.net/cgi-bin/phpBB/vi ... php?t=1522 but could not be resolved)?

Well, for some reason system does not allow to bind the port. May be some other software uses port, may be some other system problem. Try to restart system... Do you have installed some other software that processes SNMP Traps?
