I know its been a while on since any response on this thread, just wondering if the HostMon templates are going to be implemented. Right now we have TXT files that we use search and replace to create an import for a new server. Problem is that now we have grown sooo fast the HostMonitor data is getting out of date fast.
Example, we created a template for Microsoft Exchange and we have about 34 of them. Now we want to add another test to all the exchange servers. I was wondering if its possible to assign a server to a template. Each time you modify the template the tests are added/removed automatically.
Let me know if that's something that can be done, I can imagine its not easy to implement. But right now managing over 360 servers in HostMon this is becoming a full time job and time consuming to make sure all the test are in place and up to date.
