RCC pops a "Folder not found" window

Post by Robert_in_MTL »

Sometimes when RCC looses connection, I get a window titled "rcc" saying "Folder not found" with only [OK] for button.

If I click on OK, the same window appears again on top of it, even if I leave my finger on [enter], the window keeps coming back, so... Like the Mafia, there's no getting out!

The only solution left for me is to open Task Manager and kill RCC...

After that, it reconnects perfectly.

RCC: 2.06 (timeout set to 40 seconds, HM server is on the same subnet)
HM: 6.80

Thanks.

So far we cannot reproduce this problem. Will continue testing...

After upgrading to 6.80 (after 1 day) I have seen this 1 time also, never on 6.54. Same solution as described, kill the RCC and restart.

Screen shot cannot help in this case :(
We are checking our code but it can take a lot of time. If we could reproduce the problem, this would help a lot...
