I love the new Views feature! Unfortunately it stopped working for some unknow reason. I can see that it is filtering accoriding the the view I have define (a simple "All Bad Tests" view). But nothing is actually there. When I touch either of the window panes I get a series of access vilation messages.
I have a screen shot which will describe the situtation better. But I cannot see how to upload it.
Just upgraded to 6.75 which did not solve the issue.

Could you provide more information, please?Tommy wrote:I love the new Views feature! Unfortunately it stopped working for some unknow reason. - What Windows do you use? Service Pack?
- Is HostMonitor started as a service or as an application?
- Do you use ODBC logging or ODBC Query test method? If yes, what ODBC driver do you use?
- Do you have installed antivirus monitor? Personal firewall? Content monitoring software? Non-standard winsock components? Network packet analyzer?
- Do you see any error messages in Event Viewer (Start > Settings > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer applet)?
- Do you use RCC to access HostMonitor?
You may send screen-shot and other necessary information to support@ks-soft.netTommy wrote:I have a screen shot which will describe the situtation better. But I cannot see how to upload it.

Thanks for your quick response!
We use:
Windows 2003 SP1
Hostmon is an application
No ODBC logging
Trend Mirco Anti-virus - no other special programs
There does not seem to be any event log errors.
I will send over a zip file with the screen shot and the other basic troubleshooting files.
The web app shows the views properly, the Windows application does not.

Pretty stable system.Tommy wrote:Windows 2003 SP1
This can be the reason of the crash. Antivirus monitors (real-time monitors) and personal firewalls change system behaviour and often leads to various problems. Please install HostMonitor on clean system. If you are unable to disable or uninstall antivirus, we recommend at least to disable real-time protection module.Tommy wrote:Trend Mirco Anti-virus - no other special programs
I will let you know as soon as we receive your mail.Tommy wrote:I will send over a zip file with the screen shot and the other basic troubleshooting files.
