If you do not see your phone or modem in the list, you may try to choose similar model. For example, you may try Nokia 6210, Nokia 6650, Nokia 9110. What setting do you want to configure? What exact error messages do you see in the log? I do not think it is a good idea to add each device into the list, because too many devices with similar functionality are produced. I think Nokia 30 (TME-3) should work using Nokia 6210, Nokia 6650 or Nokia 9110 command sets. Have you tried it?SrgZ wrote:is it possible to add some generic device in a list of modems?

Actually, if we are talking about "Send SMS" action, it requires GSM modem or mobile phone, connected to the machine, where HostMonitor is running. As I can see from the modem description, DELL DATA FAX modem is not GSM modem. So, you can not use it for "Send SMS" action.john07ex wrote:I have DELL DATA FAX modem.
