Start as service and Connection Manager

Hello,

If AHM is started as service, is he use only account specified in service option menu? Or Could it possible to use Connaction manager and "connect as" in test option?

Options specified on Service page in the Options dialog tells what account should be used to run HostMonitor on local system. Connection Manager and "connect as" option tells HostMonitor what account should be used for network functions (authentication with remote system).
So, all accounts are in use.

I'm afraid AHM doesn't use this account to initiate test?

If the test you want to implement fails due to the lack of privileges, you may need to set up a special user account with the necessary permissions, and use this panel to make HostMonitor impersonate the security context of that user.

If you have specified special account in "Connect as" box or in "Connection manager", HostMonitor uses that account to perform the certain test, otherwise it uses account specified in "Options > Service" tab.
