How to control what goes into the Quick Log pane ?

Hi,

According to the docu for Quick Log pane,
If logging mode for the test is set to "Reply" or "Full", HostMonitor will add a new record when test status changes or the value of "Reply" field changes.
Now, is it possible to stop HM, for a specific test, from adding a new record when the value of "Reply" field changes?

Just change logging mode for that specific test (use Test Properties dialog)

Oh, sorry, forgot the essential: for this test, the common log is set to "Brief", but I also activated the private log and set it to "Reply".

I need the private log to be in Reply mode for statistical purposes, but I don't want the info to appear in the Quick Log, as it clutters it too much.

This test is checking the number of users logged in a Citrix farm and issues an alarm when it approaches the # of licenses.

If you are using Reply mode for any of the logs (private or common), Quick Log will use the same mode.
Solution? You may disable private log and add "Record HM log" actions into profile assigned to the test (add "Bad" and "Good" actions and use "Repeat until status changes" option of the action).
