SNTP check

I have a edge router providing time services to the core network. I have added a NTP check in Host Monitor but it fails with no response. I can test the time service using Time Sync found here http://www.karenware.com/powertools/ptsync.asp and it is working correctly.

What version of HostMonitor do you use?
May we access your router for testing?

Yes, I have opened up the WAN port for NTP. How would you like me to send you the address?

Ok, found the problem. It was a firewall issue, it would appear that the 'Time Sync' test utility will give you a false sense of it working correctly. Host Monitor is working now. Sorry for the confusion.
