All questions related to installations, configurations and maintenance of Advanced Host Monitor (including additional tools such as RMA for Windows, RMA Manager, Web Servie, RCC).
We have operations spread across, several time zones(at the moment 8 ). Once an hour we run logsman to generate reports, the problem is that all our server run in the GMT time zone, but our managers have to then convert the time on the output to local times. If when we generate the reports we could convert the report that are relevant to each manger to his time zone they would not have to do this in their head.
H'm... I think we can add new folder-level option for HostMonitor's reports. But I am not sure about Log Analyzer, it knows nothing about folders As I understand you need to use different GMT offset for different servers, right?
correct, we have different data centers in each time zone, and the managers are having a problems converting from GMT to say EDT. We all know how bright managers can be. All of our techs and servers all use GMT so it is no problem for them.
