Authentication issues to workgroup when Hostmonitor is runni

I need to do some NT Service checks on systems that are in a workgroup. The account I'm using to run hostmonitor under is a domain account that does not have access to the workgroup. Therefore, I've tried to use the "connect as" option, but it does not seem to work for me. Even If I successfully authenticate via an IPC connection from the command prompt I'm still unable to connect via hostmonitor. The test works fine when the app is not run as a service.

H'm... it works in application mode and doesn't work in service mode. As I understand: when you start application you use the same account that you use for the service? And you have specified this account on Service page in the Options dialog? Does service test work properly when you try to check service on some system in domain?
