I have configured a WMI test about the cpu usage of the HM server. When this test fails, i do not see its record in the HTML report, along with the rest of the failed tests. Can you please verify that it is not a bug of HM or something?
Probably, WMI test method is not enabled for such type of reports. Please, review Report profile for appropriate report to ensure the WMI test is enabled within "Include following test methods" listbox (Profiles > Report profiles..).
