sorry for bothering you and my poor English also.

I want to monitor a opened port which use "telnet ip portnum" command can connected, but when I use HM tcp test,HM tell me "No Answer".
I'm sure that the ip and port number are correct,no sending data.

Probably you have installed some 3rd party software, like antivirus monitor or personal firewall. Such software may pass traffic from one application and block another application (HostMonitor).

Thanks for answer so quickly.

I've sniffered that ,I found that HM has already connected to the port,3 times shaking_hands finished. HM
shows "no answer" only because the server no reply!

In fact ,I just want to known a port is open or not ,how can I use HM do that?

If you do not use "Send data" option and HostMonitor shows "No answer" status, this means HostMonitor has not received connect confirmation.
Must be some offect from 3rd part software. Try to install HostMonitor on clean system.
BTW: What version of HostMonitor do you use?
