Some applications here are writing errormessages to the eventlog. With Hostmonitor we check the eventlog on these messages and then some action wil be started.
But now we have the following problem, in the mainscreen of Hostmonitor we can see the complete description of the eventlogmessage, but if we look in our Privatelog (.dbf) we see only the first 15 characters of this description. During the day this is not a problem, when the test turns red we look in the replyfield and we see what information is in the message. But overnight there is nobody here, so when we check de logs every morning we only see the first 15 characters.
Ok, I know we could go to the eventlog of the server. But is it possible to extend this field (replyfield) so that the full eventlog message (so as in Hostmonitor self) can be logged.
