RMA Cannot Read Data

Hi

I installed Host Monitor v.5.66 on a Windows 2003 Server and agent RMA v.3.14 on a station in Windows XP who answers the requests of the server. Sometimes when a test is executed, I receive the "RMA can not read data" message after a short time...

I would like to know if that is a bad communication between the RMA and Host Monitor or if the RMA is not able to read the data of the request, fall in "Timeout" and send me this error.

Most likely this is Timeout issue. Please increase timeout specified for the agent.

After four days with a timeout of 120 on the RMA, always same error "RMA Cannot read data".
Could you say to me if that is a bad communication between the RMA and Host Monitor?
Why this error message appears some time in my tests?
