Alex,
I'm looking to use a proprietary application with my host monitor installation. The application is capable of monitoring itself, but I would like to be able to leverage the alert capabilities of AHM.
I know that I could recreate the same type of test within AHM, but the original application already does this on a real-time basis (without polling intervals). Can I send real-time messages to AHM to trigger action profiles? If so, how?
Thanks,
Frank
API for hostmon?
Can your application send SNMP Trap messages?
If yes, setup SNMP Trap test method to receive such messages

Hello,
I'd like to have (partially) the RCC API's so I can program my own scheduler.
I think about disabling the tests in question and send what is sent using the right click | refresh selected test in RCC whenever a schedule is due.
Could you please provide the necessary documentation?
Thank you, Rainer
