Hi, I have multiple sites and tests being monitored at the moment. What I would like to be able to do is create a master test that will only go Bad only if server1, server 2 and server3 lose connectivity. I am clicking OK to exit User Profiles. If I set it to "All folders in any HML List" then the permissions remain the same. If I try to set it to any specific sub folder it resets to "No access to this HML list" after saving. This is the same for all users.

The account is running under a domain admin account and so has full rights to the machine. The details for it are in correctly. I have called hostmon from the icon in the system tray after the service has started, I have not opened it through the application shortcut. All of the other changes are sa...

There is just one version running and its being started from the service. The changes are being called directly in Hostmonitor rather than RCC.

User Issues

Hi, I have setup multiple users to access different monitoring folders. After defining the folders and rights on the tests I save the HML file as usual. When I go back and check the user permissions again the Root folder has disappeared and the user is useless. It is running WinXp SP2 and version 6....
