I have installed the Linux RMA on Redhat Linux 8, configured the rma.ini file, when I try to run a test for CPU usage I am getting a response of RMA 301 timeout.

What exactly "Linux RMA" you are using? There are many versions.
Active RMA v.5.20 x64?

Looks like you set Network Discovery record for this agent on HostMonitor side. Linux agents do not support such option. Please remove that record
(menu LANs -> Network discovery)

Connection refused retry in 30s (RMA Manager)

RMA Manager is started?
Then check firewall settings, connection parameters on RMA and RMA Manager side.
