I have a Email test that alerts on specific incoming email. Good Filter is set "set "Ok" status by acknowledgment (manually)".
We have another test that uses an alertprofile that can ack the test with an HMS script.
This has worked as long as we used it but we updated to version 10.56 a few weeks ago. After this at 2 occations the test has not changed status to "ok" when it has been acked. We can see in our logs that the test gets acked but the status dosen´t change.
If we make an New ack.. on the test it gets Status ok.
Other times it works as planned.
