Support is very , I mean VERY good.
Discussions are solution oriented and end up in a rapid problem resolution!
Responses are very fast in the forum, this helps a lot for problem discussions and resolution.
It feels like you are uncomfortable knowing someone is having a problem with your software -> you want to fix it quick.
Your company is reliable and I truly feel that I can rely on your knowledge and expertise to ensure success to my company's projects when your software in implicated.
Thank you for your dedication. To say it in simple words: it is greatly appreciated.
Please don't sell your company to any majors like Microsoft or others, they will ruin everything.
