Some tests give status unknown

All questions related to installations, configurations and maintenance of Advanced Host Monitor (including additional tools such as RMA for Windows, RMA Manager, Web Servie, RCC).

Some tests give status unknown

Hi,

some tests on our monitoring system come up with an unknown status while other tests for the same server are running just fine.

It shows this behaviour for several servers but sometime during the day the tests run just fine again.

Anybody have a solution for this problem?

What exactly test method(s) shows "Unknown" status? Does it show error description in Reply field?
Also, everytime you have some problem, please provide information about HostMonitor version, Windows and Service Pack version
