How do I switch already installed KS to run as service?

Hello, one more q.
I already haveKS Host monitor installed but it's installed as a app. I always have to have it running and if I log off the Terminal Session, the application is closed. Not good.
I was wondering how can I swithc it so it runs as a service so I can actually log off the server and have it running.
