Why some URL's cant' be tested?

Hello, I have a problem when i tested some url's. I can tested internal url but can't tested external.

Someone can help me?

When I try from the explorer i can do it but when i do it from a test, don't answer me.

Could you please provide more information:
- HostMonitor version?
- Windows version?
- Service Pack?
- Internet Explorer version?
- HostMonitor started in service or application mode?

Could you try setup "HTTP" test to check the same external server? Does it work?
