CRC check for HTTP and URL check

Post by jdw730 »

We are having a problem when doing a CRC check on a site that has a lot of flash, every check to the site comes back with a different CRC. We have noticed the same thing happens when a site uses Java script to create the tables and frames for the site dynamically, even though all of the images and content never changes. Is there any way around this besides creating a seperate test for every image that exists on the page, excluding the flash?

Java script should not be a problem because HostMonitor does not execute such scripts. ASP pages can be a problem for CRC function because scripts processed by server.
Could you provide example of the web page?

Thank you, and sorry for my delayed response.

The response was

Server generates different code at 2 places of this page, every time this code is different.
Its impossible to use CRC function
