Roaming Laptops???

Roaming Laptops???

Can you suggest any special way to configure the Host Monitor to track roaming laptops?

Obviously, the IP's change with every new dial-up or broadband connection. Jus wondering if the client software could forward it's current IP to the Host Monitor some how?

With more and more people on the go these days and all the roaming laptops have become an IT professional nightmare. Help.......

You need to have list of current IP addresses? We have simple utility that resolves hostname into IP address, you may use Shell Script test method to launch utility. This way you will see IP address for each host (you should setup separate test item for each laptop).
