Event Monitor

In the NT Event Log monitor I want to monitor Source NETLOGON for Sam file updates. But here is my issue.
The log writes a event on both good and bad ( complete and not complete.) I just want to monitor if it was incomplete. There If I could monitor Event # then I would be able to accomplish this. Is there anyway to monitor for event # instead of source?

You may monitor event ID, source of the event, event type, event description. Anythink you want.
