Shellscript and WMI Checks failing after 03-2025 CU Patch

Hello Support,

A customer of ours has the problem that since the 03-2025 Cumulative Update for Server 2022 and 2019 , tests fail sporadically and occasionally.
It concerns shell script tests and WMI tests
Shellscript tests return the reply : Error: Script returns no results
WMI tests return the reply : RMA: Cannot read data or “invalid class”

If the relevant servers are restarted, the tests usually work again for a while until the error occurs again.
It does not occur with all tests but only occasionally although all servers have been patched to the latest version.

The only common feature is that the cumulative update for March 03-2025 KB5053603 was installed on all servers.
Since then, these tests have shown these anomalies.

Is this behavior known?

KS Hostmon version: 14.96
No Antivirus on Hostmon Server active
Passive RMAs used Version 8.44
Windows Server 2019 and 2022 mostly used

We did not see such problem yet.

WMI tests return the reply : RMA: Cannot read data or “invalid class”

Cannot read data - try to increase timeout set for the agent.
invalid class - if correct query is used then normally this error means you need to rebuild WMI repository. If error disappears by itself, that's just system bug
