add IP address to report

I'm trying to have the reporting provide the IP address along with the test (host fqdn). I see i can add it to the alert.

I tried to see if I could add it as a comment line using the same variable but that failed. is there another way to do it?

Comment is static field while IP can change at any time.
You may use Custom HTML report and %IP4% variable
