Re-sizable windows when setting up tests

It does not seem possible to resize the main test|edit window nor the log/channel pull-down window in NT Event log test setup. This makes selecting the correct log source a bit hit and miss.

If we had re-sizable boxes it would help considerably.

This is standard Windows control.
Probably the best solution is to create additional window just to select event channel
