Web Service Login

I have following the documentation and it seems that the web services is up and running.

However when I browse to the hsotmon server, it prompts for a username and password. I enter the username and password I set up but the system does nto take it and it prompts again.

Anyone know what might be the issue?

How exactly have you set this user (operator)?
Using HostMonitor menu User->Operators?
www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/mframe.htm# ... #operators

What IP addresses allowed?
