in Rma manager interface there isn't way to view
system type where rma are installed
I think it's very usefull if there are a colum where I can see
uname of system
(linux kernel 2.4, freebsd 6.0, freebsd 6.1, etc etc)
you can take that by "Get info" button when user add rma
ad user "uname" command

I think you need to "chown www:www images"
