Hi,
when a test is bad, i generate an servicecall in our helpdesk-system.
Now the question: is it possible to run a hmsscript to acknowledge this test
like this: "acktest testname, Text"
acknowledge Test
automatic ack
hi alex,
our process is the following:
1) hostmoni detect an error
2) Hostmoni action generates by script an incident in our helpdesksystem
3) Our SystemAdmin accept the Incident and describe the incident in
the Helpdesksystem and
now it would be helpfull for us, when the incident has the status
accept or in work we put this information to the hostmoni, as
aknowledgement with comment. So all other Admins see
what happens with this incident/alert
regards Wolfgang

We implemented AckTestStatus command that can be used in HMScript.
Format: AckTestStatus <TestName> [StopAlerts] [<Comment>]
