Hi Alex,
Our controlroom is complaining about the number of "bad" "good" tests that are displayed incorrectly.
For example the number is 2, and when you open the link it shows 5 bad tests.
It apparently doesn't refresh correctly in the browser.
The browser is on "every visit to page" for its cache settings. The webservice refreshes automatically every 120 seconds.
Also sometimes with an automatic refresh a part of the frame displays "can not connect to hostmonitor" while the rest is correct
Webservice refresh problems : doesn't work on some values

I assume you are using Internet Explorer?
Web Service uses special HTTP flags that tell web browser do not store web page in the cache, always request "fresh" information. However IE sometimes ignore these commands and display obsolete information. Unfortunately we cannot fix that, only Microsoft can.
BTW: Netscape and Opera works correcty.
Regards
Alex

Simply increase value of "Maximum simultaneous connections" parameter (RCI page in the Options dialog). Also sometimes with an automatic refresh a part of the frame displays "can not connect to hostmonitor" while the rest is correct
