Hello, I received your email and replied to it. Does HostMonitor system have access to internet (it needs to check www.ks-soft.net using HTTP protocol)? I sent you (sales@ks-soft.net) 3 emails between 21 and 26 of april.
I just sent you a 4th email.
1 - Check for update is enabled every 3rd night but we didn't receive any alert
2- registration name is : Delmas

upgrade Hostmonitor - Licence issue

We upgraded hosmonitor 9 to 10.10 and now the product is unregistered.
We sent an email to support@ks-soft.net and sales@ks-soft.net but we didn't receive any answer.
We have a lifetime licence.
Could someone help us?
