Packet Loss
What would be the best way to test network packet loss between a Hostmon RMA and a web server? I didn't know what test to use? I thought about Ping, but what about TCP and UDP?

Web Service Config Folders
Is there a way to hide an entire folder from being displayed in HM Web Service? Can it be done by modifying the webservice.ini file or something? I don't want a guest (or anyone else for that matter) seeing a specific folder in their browser.

Currently with an irregular schedule, tests are performed on a SINGLE given day of week or month, at a given time. Can we have the ability to schedule daily tests for multiple given times during the day? E.g. I need to schedule serveral dozen tests to only run twice daily (9am and 2pm) on a Mon-Fri ...
