The problem was because the 'Use fixed date&time formats' option was enabled in the misc. section of the host monitor options window.

The date format is set in the control panel regional settings to d/MM/yyyy and the version of the web services is 1.06.

All dates within the application display correctly, only the dates on the web page (RCI) are incorrect...

Any other thoughts?

Hi, Can you please tell me if there is a way to have the date display in the format specified in the preferences when viewing the RCI Web Page? The specific field being displayed is "Last Test Time" and at present it is displaying in the format "mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss AM" whereas I ...

RCI User Configuration

Hi,

Is there any way to disable the user / password login box that appears when I access the RCI Web Service?

I would like all users to have a generic access level and not be required to login to the system?
